Prices & Lead Times
All our designs are made to order in our specifically chosen British workshops. This allows our clients to specify every detail of their order or to commission bespoke pieces. Our lead times are between 6 and 14 weeks depending on the complexity of production.
We are happy to organise specialist delivery to any address in the UK. If you are an architect or interior designer with a VAT number and accredited trade references, please request a trade application form. All quotations are valid for 6 weeks from the date of quotation. All prices quoted exclude VAT.
Confirmation of Order
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Upon receipt of your Pan’s Lodge order we will issue you with a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice and production of your order will not start until payment is received. Any amendments or alterations to your order may incur an up-charge and Pan’s Lodge will notify you of these by way of an amended invoice.
The balance of your order will be invoiced two weeks before the agreed ready date. We must receive cleared funds at least one week before your order can be dispatched or collected. If your order is not dispatched or collected on the agreed ready date the balance must still please be paid no later than one week after the agreed date and storage fees will be applied.
Dimensions
Wood – Our finials, holdbacks and pelmet panels are all hand carved or turned from wood. We use traditional techniques and natural materials which may result in slight variances to size and finishes between each of the handcrafted pieces that we make. This is a characteristic of our bespoke ranges that sets us apart from mass produced products. Where possible we are happy to discuss specific dimensions and offer samples as a way of ensuring that our client is satisfied with their order.
Plaster – All plaster mouldings are hand cast. Due to the hand crafted nature of this product dimensions may vary slightly. We try to produce our mouldings as close to the dimensions given on our data sheets however tolerances should be allowed for.
Finishes
Wood, plaster, plated metals and other decorative materials vary in tone, colour, character and texture: variations are inherent and should be expected. Where possible we are happy to discuss specific finishes or colour matching to ensure our client is satisfied with their order.
Metal Pole and Finial Collar Finishes will age over time and can be gently polished with a non-abrasive, soft cloth to restore the original finish. If the surface has been lacquered the natural ageing process will be delayed.
Please note that environmental conditions can have a dramatic effect on the stability of surface finishes. Industrial pollution, high humidity, sea air and acidic rain may well cause a finish to deteriorate prematurely.
